It's 100% ceramic - Ceramics is a natural material that protects the hair from damage caused by burning and drying.
First- it takes all the natural moisture from the inside of the hair to the surface of the hair and makes the hair soft and shiny in a natural way. Secondly, most of the heat is absorbed inside the stones and that’s the reason it does not “fry” your hair.

The difference between the Corioliss and other products on the market: There are a lot of different hair strengtheners on the market and they range in price from $10 up to $300 (usually it is not 100% ceramic). If it is not ceramic it could be metal, Teflon or titanium covered by ceramic or mixed with ceramic. When these other materials get hot they burn the hair, therefore, although solid ceramic is more expensive than other materials it is much better for your hair.
