We currently ship to North America, Europe, Australia, and Japan. Additional countries may be added in the future.

International orders are subject to applicable customs, duties, brokerage fees and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that many products warranties do not provide coverage outside the US.

Shipping And Return Policy

These are the shipping choices for online orders shipped within the United States and Internationally.

 

Domestic Overnight, Express and Expedited orders placed by 3PM Western time will ship on the SAME DAY.

 

An estimate of the shipping cost will show up when you check out.

 

For all Canadian shipments, Cart N Kiosk will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. Cart N Kiosk will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Cart N Kiosk will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge.

 

Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is from date of shipment provided no problems occur with your local customs office. Some countries may require various types of import licenses. Cart N Kiosk will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license. Cart N Kiosk will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. Cart N Kiosk will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Cart N Kiosk will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. If you are unsure of your countries import policies, please check with them before ordering.

 

All orders are shipped UPS, FedEx, or USPS ground transport, therefore, we CANNOT ship to P.O. Boxes.

Also Note:

 

USA Overnight Shipping & Handling - Please understand that choosing Overnight does not necessarily mean your order will be in your hands tomorrow. While most orders do ship on the same day, depending on when your order is received, some will be shipped on the following day. You will receive your order 1-2 days after the order has been processed, which in most cases is within 24 hours.

 

We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

 

All Express Mail, FedEx and UPS orders are shipped "Signature Required"

 

GENERAL RETURN POLICY:

 

1. All claims for credit, shortages and/or damages must be placed

within ten days

of receipt of merchandise.

 

2. All returned merchandise must be received by Cart N Kiosk its sealed original condition, unless the merchandise is found to be defective.

 

3. The shipping cost of any returns or exchanges remain the responsibility of the customer, unless the merchandise is being returned because the order was incorrectly filled by us or the merchandise is defective.

 

4. Any refund or credit for exchange will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase. Shipping and Handling fees are not subject to refund unless the merchandise is defective or we shipped an incorrect item.
